Black Pearl Properties is a high end vacation rental company with properties in several communities
along 30A. We were introduced to Scott through mutual friends in 2012 and have had an ongoing
relationship ever since.  During that time we have executed on 12 different transactions averaging over
$2 million each.  These transactions have all had their particular quirks and Scott and his team have
helped us navigate to final success on each of them.  The effort and care that he and his team put into
the process for each property is extraordinary.  I really don't know what the limits are for what Scott would
do in helping his clients achieve their goals.  He always puts the needs of his clients above the
